Student learning takes place both in and outside of the classroom at Beaconsfield High School.  From the very first day of high school in Grade 7, Student Life is providing Grade 7 students with a memorable first day of high school with a BBQ and lunch time of activities.  We are proud to offer countless opportunities for students to make a difference, both at BHS and in the community  Students at BHS are exposed to situational leadership, whether it be organizing the Terry Fox run in September, planning and implementing a school dance, raising awareness of child hunger through a 30-Hour Famine, or simply attending weekly meetings.  Students at BHS are encouraged from Grade 7 to take part in the Youth in Action program, with the aim of achieving milestones of student volunteering hours.  As a student at Beaconsfield High School, there is never a dull moment when you choose to get involved!
